Two Boots Pizzaria in Park Slope, February 19th, 1999
The band showed up at a Pizza/Bar....!!!!We were a little surprised, and then shocked to discover we would have to set up right in front of the kitchen. There was about 6 feet wide by 4 feet long of space to set up gear for a 5 piece band.
Craig opened the set with some solo acoustic guitar numbers and the band joined in on "Good Times", a classic Led Zeppelin favorite with Pautz cranking out the guitar.
Laura is all smiles as she realizes the band is playing "Let's Get It On" by Marvin Gaye....and the gals below, well thats Kate, Fran and Marilyn. While Wooster Sang isn't quite a national act yet, it does have it's own chiropractic squad who makes sure the band is in good form.

Who would have figured the crowd that showed up, the place was packed for the first 2 sets and with the drinks flowing.....I said it was a Pizza/Bar joint didn't I?.....things started to heat up.

Here you see a couple of friends before/after the second set.....the red hazy looking shot really explains it all..both guys took "Altered Eyes" a little too literally and stumbled out when the night was over, but raised hell before they were downed by one last shot!
All in all a great night. Wooster Sang will return to the Pizza/Bar joint in Brooklyn called Two Boots.
