Driving down route 1 passing strip mall after strip mall and those cheesy diner joints got us a little nervous. We we're trying to find McGuinns a joint we'd heard of through another band's newsletter. You can't make U-Turns on route 1, and unless you're a native, there is no way you're going to know where and when to make the move.
Well we finally pull into the parking lot and from the outside McGuinns looks like a typical tiny rats ass bar. We go inside.....and voila!!!!WOW WOW WOW....it's big, there' a decent house sound system a pretty huge bar and pool, air hockey etc. This night has potential!
This was taken during soundcheck....look how serious they are....see whenever the club is decent, they get nervous!
He's in red because you're looking at him through Racine's eyes....who got so excited when he saw the air hockey, he kept on drinking!
Well, as I sit here writing these notes, I can't even begin to think why this picture is going up......except to say this shows Peter playing....where is his other hand?......well Dr. there was this itch you see......
Ahhhhhh, so Craig get's that light you see on his head so he can write
lyrics in the van while we drive late at night....Wooster Sang is an
efficient group, but soon discovers that looking for change is far more
profitable than being in a rock band.....here he finds a quarter! What he
doesn't know is I put it there...for him to find.......Oh the joys of band
life!
